📝 Terms & Conditions for Booking Appointments – Private Session 
Booking & Confirmation
• 	Bookings must be made at least 2 days prior to the desired session date via the website, WhatsApp, or other official platforms.
• 	The session is considered confirmed once payment is received and verified by the admin team.
Payment
• 	Full payment is required upfront to secure your appointment slot.
• 	Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, e-wallet, or other available channels.
• 	No refunds will be issued unless the cancellation is made by the organizer.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• 	Participants may request rescheduling once, with at least 1 day’s notice.
• 	Cancellations made unilaterally by the participant after confirmation will be treated as a no-show, with no refund granted.
• 	If the organizer cancels the session, participants are entitled to a 100% refund or may choose a new schedule.
Confidentiality & Privacy
• 	All personal information shared during the session will be kept confidential.
• 	Recording or documentation of the session is not permitted without mutual consent from both parties.
Participant Commitment & Discipline
• 	Participants are expected to be on time.
• 	Delays exceeding 15 minutes without prior notice will shorten the session duration and the session will still be considered active.
Service Terms
• 	Sessions are only for individuals who have registered and paid.
• 	The purpose of the session is personal development, spirituality, and enhancing life quality.
